2007 League Meet 4

<  2007 League Meet 4

Well the name of the game is Vtes, Speed Vtes! As we managed three four player games in three hours! That is quick, as any player will tell you.
Anyway here are the results
Game 1
Sam Nos Burn > Graham Mirror Walking Tremere > Paul 3&4 Mages n Hordes > Andy Saulot
Another game where I ended up with all my minions in torpor, as they got battered down by Saulot. This meant that there was little pressure on Graham, who could bloat as required with Govern the Unaligned and Scouting Mission. Paul also had his minions battered, and put up as much resistance as he could with Nephandi, but it was not enough. Andy fell next, then finally me – so ousted last even though I had no active minions for three or four turns.
Graham 4vps GW, all other players 0vps
Game 2
Sam Anarchs > Paul Stanislava PMF > Andy Typhonic Beasts > Graham Tegy Assamites
Well the Anarch deck did what I designed it to do, which put lots of pressure on Paul, he did managed to oust Andy, who had little defence other than rush. Graham bled, most of which was reduced to zero. The critical moment came as Stanislava was battered into torpor by Gustavo Morales wielding Weighted Walking Sticks and Molotov Cocktails.
Sam 3vps GW, Paul 1vp, all other players 0vps
Game 3
Sam !Gangrel > Graham Blood Brothers > Andy Free Snakes Rant > Paul Stanislava PMF
Well the tweaked version of my deck stalled some what. Andy and Paul cancelled each other out for a while, each controlling 6 votes, but in that way he does, Andy pulled out in front, and then steamed forward in an unstoppable wave ousting everyone.
Andy 4vps GW, all other players 0vps

So the table now looks like this

Andy 3 Games Wins 0 Draws 8 Total Games 12.0 vps
Graham 2 Games Wins 1 Draws 8 Total Games 9.5 vps
Sam 2 Games Wins 0 Draws 8 Total Games 6.0 vps
Paul 0 Games Wins 1 Draws 8 Total Games 3.5 vps
Steve Games Wins Draws Total Games vps

TOTAL: 8 Games (7 GW, 1 Draw)

A surprising number of GWs, we will have to see how that translates to Dual Form 3.
