Well we managed to gather six players for the first game,

Everyone built up slowly, although Andy got quite a few Corruption counters down before his minions started getting smacked about. Richard probed forward, but Paul built up some solid defences which hampered him. I struggled with crypt, having to discard Gurchon Hall because Louhi was AWOL. Stevan got out a few weenies, and then bought out Tatiana who contested her title with Lucas Halton. A few votes went off, with a little negotiation, before I got set up with Marie Faucigny and Fabrizia Contreraz. However Paul regained Houston from Tatiana and thus had the intercept to hamper my deck. Stevan equipped with Magnums, and could again push forward, although a sticky combat with Ublo Satha left him hunting. The game then continued with everyone slowly going down, but time was called and thus it was a draw.

Before the second game Stevan had to go to prepare for his holiday, but will hopefully be back in two weeks time. So we had five players, and thus counted it as a League Game.

Before the game started Richard removed all the Shambling Hordes, and related cards, giving him quite a streamlined deck. Indeed it seemed to work, as he quickly bled Graham for six. After that Graham was left reeling, also having two Gargoyles and only one small bleeder meant he couldn’t go forward. Andy bought out Matata who then proceeded to smack around my weenies before the could do much. I managed to get eight minions, but only managed one bleed against Paul. Paul bought out Anarch Revolts and used Khay’tall to repeatedly Banishment Richards Anarch minions, so he took the damage, and slowed him up on Graham. However it was not enough, as Richard powered though Graham, who had taken a Matata shaped beating. Andy tried to hold him back, but it wasn’t enough and he fell as well. I was in a sorry state by this time, having two ready minions – a Thin Blooded Seer and an Embrace. I had managed a couple of Events which annoyed people, but that was all. I went down as well. It was a two horse race between Paul and Richard, with Paul having the edge minionwise giving him the last two vps.
