So it would seem like these two cards are a good pair:
Revelations
Type: Action
Requires: Auspex
Cost: 1 blood
+1 stealth action.
[aus] (D) Look at your prey’s hand. He or she discards a card of your choice.
[AUS] Put this card in play. Your prey plays with an open hand. Any minion may burn this card as a (D) action.
Precision
Type: Action
Requires: Celerity
+1 stealth action.
[cel] (D) Choose a card by name. Your prey must discard a copy of that card, if possible.
[CEL] As above, and if your prey discards a copy, this vampire may burn 1 blood to burn 1 of your prey’s pool.
Given you can see their hand, and then pull cards out of it. However is it better just to go for a big bleed with that information, or some combination of both…

The problem is that Precision is slow. It might be a good surprise card though. Play a couple in a !Tor/Tor bleed deck?
