This week we managed five players, with a last minute drop out from Andy.

Game 1
Paul Anarch POT > Sam New Ventrue > Graham FoS Mummy Rush > Stevan Nephandi > Geoff THA DOM

This threatened to be a quick game, as Anarch Revolts and Camarilla Segregations came into play. However my Ventrue got quickly smashed into torpor, meaning that Graham had little pressure other than his uncooperative deck. Stevan bought out Nephandi and moved forward on Geoff, steadily reducing his blood. Geoff struggled to do very much, facing POT in front and hordes behind, plus all the cross table ARs and CSs. Indeed he was first out, quickly followed by me. Graham moved forward, with occasional bounces putting him on to Paul. Stevan also went forward, but he seemed to lose his momentum, while Paul tried to recover. The game slowed, but Graham slowly worked forward getting the final two ousts.

Game 2

This game I surged forward into Graham, who had little intercept or bounce. Graham tried to go forward, but his deck refused to cooperate. Paul bloated with Liquidation, and pulled out Shambling Hordes. Stevan bought out Teresita and Beast, and then tried some rushes. Geoff tooled up with Ruins of Ceoris, Rutors Hand, and Heart of Nizchetus. I continued forward getting the oust, while smacking down Uta who rushed one of my minions. Paul continued his bloat, and started throwing Hordes in my way with The Unmasking. Stevan struggled with another strange deck (he had borrowed both), so couldn’t defend easily or go forward well. Geoff started to burn my vampires, with Walk of Flame now working well. However everyone else managed to hang on to the timeout, although both Stevan and myself were on one pool at that stage.
